Our method

Engineering routines that prevent disruption

Standard operating procedures, current documentation, and continuous monitoring form the baseline for every client environment. Changes are logged, reviewed, and tested before they reach production.

Our network operations center watches infrastructure around the clock, so warning signs such as failing disks, unusual traffic, or stalled patches are caught early. Engineers act on alerts against documented procedures rather than improvising under pressure.

Each engagement starts with a baseline review of systems, accounts, and backups. That review becomes the working record our team maintains, so a new engineer or an internal IT manager can understand the environment quickly.

How tickets move

Clear escalation from first response to engineering

Every request is triaged and assigned to the tier that can resolve it. Tier 1 handles user access, device questions, and routine requests. Tier 2 handles network, email, and identity issues. Tier 3 engineers take on complex infrastructure work and root-cause analysis.

Tier 1: Dispatch

Tickets are logged, categorized, and answered by helpdesk staff for quick fixes and account requests.

Tier 2: Specialists

Specialists take cases that need deeper work on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, endpoints, or network configuration.

Tier 3: Engineering

Senior engineers handle infrastructure changes, root-cause investigation, and recovery from serious incidents.
